The front desk associate was very kind and informative. Unfortunately I did not stay because I found a bed bug crawling in my bed. I informed the associate of the situation, and he seemed genuinely concerned and eager to address the issue.

The rooms were great for the price! Location of motel was also convenient.The only complaint I have is the staff at the kitchen were not friendly.I also got food poisoning from the breakfast and had to miss work.Im a travel CNA and was staying at the motel for work.

Nasty, filthy rooms. My non-smoking room smell like a burning brewery and had cigarette burns on the sofa. I didn't notice that the tub was also filthy until I was about to take a shower. The only other available room smelled like dog urine. So, I asked for extra towels to line the tub so that I could get a shower. The manager on duty said the cleaning supplies were locked up. I was promised a discount and a call, but neither has happened.

The guy at the front desk was very helpful and a very nice person! Drawbacks were our room smelled very moldy, though they were working on a water leak,so it might be a temporary issue. Our teenager's room had garbage in the bins and the beds weren't made,so I have reason to believe the room wasn't even cleaned since the last person. The person in the breakfast room was not very friendly and just wanted to get everyone shooed out and breakfast over with. But the guy at the front desk was professional, helpful and friendly!
