My family and I have stayed here a few times and each time has been great. The front desk staff are always friendly and ready to assist with whatever you need. Fresh hot coffee (or tea) is available at the front. The rooms are clean, the amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee maker) have always been clean. The cleaning staff check daily to ensure your towels are fresh and your needs are met. I travel with 2 kids, one being an infant, and this is always my go to getaway.

Our family has stayed he for years, but this will be our final stay. We rented 3 rooms and so disappointed in the odor the rooms had. We tried to spray Febreze in them with no help. The shower in 2 of the rooms would not drain, left over food in microwave from guest before, toilet would not flush. This use to be a good hotel for price but we will be spending alittle more somewhere else for cleanliness.

We had reservations for 2 nights with confirmation emails. (Quality Inn in Fairmont) We had reserved the room at 10:30 a.m. that morning. Bottom floor because I cannot climb stairs and it needed to open to front, near vehicle due to health issues. We told them it would be late when we got there. They said that was fine. Got two rooms for me and another guest Requested non smoking rooms but the rooms that I got were both smoked in, smelled of stale cigarettes. Sheets heavily smelled of smoke. Rooms were clean though. One of the rooms defintely wasn't as nice as the other, a little more run down. Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion were great though. Breakfast was good for being free. Carpets and furniture in lobby need a good shampooing.

EASILY one of the nastiest hotels I have ever stayed in. We gave this hotel a shot because every other hotel in the area was already booked.. If I could go back, we would’ve just slept in our car. The room was filthy, and there was visible mold on the lampshades, luggage bench, and chairs. The furniture was also covered in stains and sticky. The entire hotel had an awful moldy oder.
