I was denied a stay because of my service animal, claimed there were no rooms available for service animals. I was traveling with my grandfather and it was midnight in rural Kansas. We ended up sleeping in a car because other hotels were full. Put us in a dangerous situation. What’s worse, they said they couldn’t cancel the two rooms since the cancellation period was over. Everything was easy to find.
My wife and I stopped here on our way to Wichita. The location was great and convenient. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and accommodating. The free breakfast is always something that I look forward to, and the breakfast hours were very reasonable. I didn't feel like I had to rush or waking up at the crack of dawn to get food. My only complaint was the taste of the water from the faucet. It's a small complaint I know, but it would have been nice to have some other option other than tap water. Other than that,... read more
