Stickers in the mattress, filthy carpets in the rooms and halls, shower curtain hanging on by a thread, the tub faucet doesn't seem to be caulked and looked like it was going to fall off in my hand, BUGS in the bathroom sink big enough to carry off a small dog (ok, maybe not that big but it was still a big bug in my bathroom sink!).
