Where should I start the black mold in the bathroom the broken faucet in the bathtub the wooden peg supporting the bed because the leg is broken. Mystery body fluids all over the bathroom wall. The air conditioning smells like they’re just blowing out straight mold. Disgusting carpets in the hallways. The building doors don’t even lock. Anyone can walk in at any time. Hotel staff seems bothered to help customers. Worst experience I’ve had in a very long time. I’m surprised this can even be called a choice. Privilege hotel.
We checked in around 2:30 PM on Friday (6/26) after driving 10 hours for my college graduation, and the person at the front desk was fantastic and incredibly friendly. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of our stay. Our room smelled musty the moment we walked in. When we checked the room, one of the beds was missing its base frame, and there was garbage left underneath it.
