Worst customer service ever. Won’t answer phone when I called to find out how to get there hung up on me. There wasn’t any number to call for information about how to use the tv when it wasn’t working properly. Won’t stay there again
Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, decent breakfast is a bonus, staff was nice though didn't say much, and great views on the west facing side. Not sure why the bad reviews. This place is better than expected for the price. This is categorized as a 2-star hotel, and is the best of the 2-star hotels at that intersection in my opinion (I've stayed at the others as well). This place is super scary. I did NOT FEEL SAFE. I also felt my car was not safe in the parking lot. Filthy room. I slept in my clothes and pretty sure I shared the space with bed bugs! I was supposed to stay 3 night but checked out after the first and they would not refund for the other two. NASTY, FILTHY PLACE!!! Choice Hotels needs to revoke their membership!!!
