After staying at this hotel several times over the past few years, I had a reservation booked but had to call and cancel due to car trouble. I called the front desk in the young lady said they would be glad to cancel my reservation and refund the charge. That was June 24 and it is now July 12th, with no resolution. Call the front desk to speak to the manager 6 days in a row, no answer no return call, no refund. SUJATA - I WILL NEVER BOOKED HERE AGAIN
An absolutely amazing stay once again. The ONLY place I will stay when I visit. The renovations are looking so great. Always a great price. Always have a safe stay owner and staff are sooooo kind and always ready to help and are literally the sweetest people I can’t wait to book my next trip and won’t be taking so long in between stays again 😅😅 Thank yall for always being the best and taking care of me. Better staff training...it was a cluster F. At the time the couldn't document who was in what room. Imagine getting a room key to an occupied room
