People in other rooms smoke right outside of your door on curb. Then your room smells of cigarettes. You can hear dogs barking through the walls. Location is only good thing here as easy access to many food options, freeway, and Tesla chargers
I had cockroaches 🪳 in the bathroom both days I stayed there. We told the young man at the front desk and he didn’t seem to care. He just said ok I will let someone know.

I’m honestly really disappointed with my experience here. I was told we would be charged a cleaning fee because the room was “dirty,” which really upset me because we are always respectful guests. Every time we stay, we put the used sheets in the corner, throw away our own trash, and try to make things easier for housekeeping. The only thing I can think of is that my son got sick and threw up yesterday, which is something I obviously can’t control.
