Mainly taking a star off bc a year ago someone commented on the cold hot tub and it's still cold. After hiking it would have been nice to know it didn't work. Super friendly staff. My room was very clean. The bed was not comfortable, very hard and there were not many outlets in the room. The outlets that did exist were filled to the point of worry of fire. Horrible. Will never stay again. First of all, we asked for a pack and play to be set up for our baby since we’d be getting in late. They told us they would do that, but no pack and play was set up. Let’s move on to the rooms — NASTY. We walked in to a horrid smell and immediately felt icky. We found Oreos on the ground, which I’m assuming were from previous guests, which tells me that the floors weren’t cleaned. If the floors aren’t clean, who knows what else isn’t clean.
