When checking in, the woman at the desk was not professional, friendly or helpful. The room was not in good condition. There were cobwebs visible, mayfly’s in the bathroom on the wall, the carpet was stained, the bedding and pillows smelled of smoke and of being dank, the tv and internet were not working properly-had to have the front desk come up to reset the tv connection, there was pink in the bathtub/shower indicating mold. Very clean, nice rooms. Service was great and helpful. Great location and dog friendly!
I didn't have any issues with my stay
We booked 2 rooms, rooms 106 and 109. Room 106 had a lot of issues. See the pictures attached. Cobwebs, mold in the shower, hot and cold water was reversed. The ice container had mold growing in it. When I asked at the front desk, twice... they said they would tell the manager and housekeeping. We never did see anyone. Towels for pool, basket always empty. Room 109, we saw quite a few centipedes. Like the sign says, the best view ever. That is the only thing this place has that was good.
