I called them days before and asked if my partner can check in for me, they said yes. They called me the day of check in and told me my partner can't check in even if their name is on the guest list. Couldn't cancel it either due to them waiting till the last day to tell me.
Location of hotel was good. Making reservation seemed scammy on the phone. They kept claiming “that room was just booked” and then suggested a higher priced room. This happens 3 times putting the price for my stay at $200 more than the room I requested. I ended up booking the original room online with no issue and called to confirm. They advertise a pool - but when I arrived, it was not open. They indicated the pool hadn’t been open since 2020. That was part of my reason for selecting the hotel.
