Had a 8am appointment for a 36k service on my Avalon. For the past 5 years this kind of appt took 1-2 hours. After hearing nothing at 1130 I went there to pickup my car. Nothing had been done to it. They told me they were busy. I told them I had a 8 am appointment. They said they'd try and fit me in. Again I said I had a 8 am appointment. I ended up taking my car with no service done.
