Extremely fast and helpful service.
Well we made it through what I hope is the hottest day of 2026 and our new heat pump came through with flying colors. Our HVAC died in February. It was cold so we called Quality but also reached out to other companies. The others were a mess - holes cut in ducts and not taped over, showing up with uncharged co2 monitors. The relief of getting the “Dominick is on his way” text made me know it was all gonna be okay. Dominick has been our guy for years. We were miserable without AC during the 4th of July heatwave. Dominick from Quality HVAC actually came all the way to Calvert County ON THE 4th! He quickly diagnosed our problem and was able to fix it. He checked over the unit to make sure there were no other hidden problems brewing. He was very professional and thorough. I cannot recommend Quality HVAC highly enough. Great service!
