Nice historical hotel, beautiful building
Had an unpleasant experience with the Manager/Owner of the hotel. He was very rude and dismissive when I tried to talk to him about overhearing him telling one of his staff to 'Shut up'. Unfortunately, my friend also had a negative experience with him all because he saw she had purchased a coffee from somewhere other than the hotel restaurant and brought it into the hotel. P.S also check the milk in the bar fridge before use.
This is the best place to stay when in Rockhampton, we were all incredibly well looked after, from breakfast right through to dinner. The staff are amazing and made us all feel very welcome. The manager is a gem. Highly recommend
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From start to finish it was quite blast and very friendly and professional. Staff are incredibly nice and very welcoming. A very quick and efficient check-in process. The rooms were really nice and clean. I loved the little art on the walls. My stay at Quality Hotel Regent Rockhampton was absolutely amazing. Room Service/Meals were perfect, so delicious. Reception were a delight to deal with. The room was absolutely brilliant with comfy bed and huge shower/bathroom. Highly Recommend! I will definitely be back!
