Great location. Very clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Walk anywhere from its central location. We booked directly and got a great deal. Lovely historical feel.
Unfriendly patronising staff, spoke to me like I was stupid. After travelling for hours, it was not a nice check in experience and it was really unwelcoming and cold. Made me quite upset. Will never ever stay here again or recommend.
Nice room until the noice from a neighboring dance hall invites you to join the audience and enjoy the bass part of what could be the same song all evening. I write this Saturday evening at 23.35 and the party is still on. This may not be a problem in all rooms.

Really dodgy area watch out here at night there's people that hang around the hotel drunk and high
