Rooms are fine, food was decent. Front of house staff were nice. Exceptionally rude staff that were maintenance(?) and in the carpark. Wanted to know my room before I even checked in.
One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their exceptional customer service made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is absolutely perfect, with the beautiful Murray River right in front of the hotel, making it easy to enjoy scenic walks and stunning views. Stunning building and immaculately maintained. Lotsssss of places to eat at the bottom and its kept in an ultra modern clean state. Food is delicious and the location is handy to the shopping district, bus terminal and other facilities.
