My fiance Stayed here while working away! Looked as if it hadn’t been maintained, bed was covered in bed bugs, my work truck was broken into and personal belongings taken, ac wouldn’t turn off. Overall would not recommend
Booked through Trivago with filters for accessibility but didn't realize that my selection didn't pick up my requirements. Staff at the Hotel did their best to accommodate my mobility needs. The problem was, they would not allow us to preview the room to ensure it would be adequate. We had to wait for the night manager to escort us. The unit shown would work with some difficulties but a quick glace spotted a build up of hair and dust under the bed that indicated that the room was not adequately cleaned in some time. The rooms smell like burnt plastic, and the windows don’t open 😷🤢🤮
i Cant speak for the rooms as I've never gotten into one yet, but the policy's are outrageous. I wanted to pay for my employees room on debit, and keep a deposit on the employees credit card. They wont have it, but the biggest issue is Robbie, the concierge, arrogant, interrupts, his demeanour just escalates the situation, and the managers on site definitely did nothing to help. I cant say I've ever been as close to jumping over that counter as i just was right now. Unreal.
Stayed here for two weeks while working out of town. On the last day of my stay a bag of personal belongings was stolen from my room. The bag contained loose change, and my key fob for my car and house keys. Rhe hotel refused to help. And when they confirmed that their room service had been in the room that morning they did no investigation into the matter. They only said they would refund me the cost for new keys. I sent them a copy of the bill for the new key fob and blade key. It was almost $1000. They refused to pay it. ... read more
