In the room there is no air-conditioning, we couldn't adjust it. The door couldn't stop cold air outside, the room is freezing. We tried to call emergency service after hour 15 times, no one picked it up.
I booked a room and paid for it and informed them im coming after hours, unfortunately no one at reception and no after hours telephone Very disappointing
We book online and then we booked inat reception and it was a bit dated bit when we opened the door to our room, I looked around and what I seen I didnt let my family walk inside. We went back to reception and asked for a full refund and he was happy to do so,,no question.
Very nice place though a bit hodgepodge they have rooms in many different areas. Unfortunately no elevator on our side. We actually should have asked for another room as the bed was the worst we have encountered and we have traveled all over the world.
