Not good, there was continuous knocking on my door. I rang security and it went message bank.
A very ordinary place to stay. The black grime around the bathroom sink was disgusting. It's called bleach... Your staff should try it. The mattress on the bed was so old, firm and deformed, you would almost roll off the bed. But, the rotting curry sauce in the cutlery drawer was the overall winner. You would be better off sleeping in your car. It is obvious that the owners are not prepared to put any money into this establishment. They should not be open for trade!!
had a really bad experience in a very old room on our first night. kindly went to reception and let the lovely staff know that our room was quite dirty - ants, mould and toilet not flushing. the staff apologised and upgraded us to a brand new room with 0 issues. thank you so much for this. it really allowed us to relax and actually feel comfortable once we had come home from a long day.
