I am very dissatisfied with Jay's work. We had him here in Nov 2021, he had a bad attitude and charged us for coming out and then left because he said he couldn't wait for us to take the cover off. Then we paid to have the hot tub taken apart and he replaced the pump. We didn't run it until the spring 2022, the control panel wouldn't come on, so he came out and cleaned the wiring for another charge. After running for a few straight hours, now the wires are burnt up in the control box and there was most likely a small fire. H... read more
