They started out putting the wrong color siding on house. They had to come back and fix huge scratches on window sill. Fix hole in screen in new window.fix rippled siding fixed falling siding 3 times. I was told the guy never crimped it , itwas held up by nails all through the bottom of siding to hold it up. I was told this is the guy they usually send into the city. I was told if the guys are doing a job on a beautifil house somewhere, who do I expect to come here. I am sorry that your experience with our company was not an enjoyable one. Needless to say, our workmanship warranty is an one year warranty and the fact that we are still coming out when you call is not something you find with many home improvement companies. We strive to make all our customers satisfied with the work that was completed on their home. To be in business over 29 years with many satisfied customers is a track record we are proud of, but there are always a few that are dissatisfied and for that we apologize.
We hired this company because my husband had a good experience with them back in the 90's. I wish they would have lived up to the standard's. We hired them for 2 different projects. The first one was new windows, door & roof in our Lake Room. Our sales man Mike told us that it would be done by the end of November. We constantly had to ask him for updates & when I was going to be started. He had taken 1/2 of the money for this project & 1/3 for the 2 job. This is the second time responding to this homeowner. ******* ******** also posted a review on my ******** page to which I responded on the day it was submitted. Mr. ****** ********signed a contract on December 5, 2019 with Quality Homes of Rochester, Inc. for new porch construction, entry and storm doors. With the three day cancellation policy, the contract became a job on December 8, 2019. The contract states that the estimated date the work will begin is 12 to 14 weeks. I have left messages with the answering service for Quality Homes of Rochester(you cannot speak directly with a representative of the company) no less than 12 times in an attempt to get a long overdue print of my warranty. They will not return my calls. This is not how a reliable business works.
