This park is run by a slum lord. I cant believe people actually pay to live here. They allow you to pile junk up on your porch/deck and yard, dont make people wash the mold/mildew off their homes. Some homes have news paper taped in their windows, most have trashy broken blinds, broken windows, and trash/boxes you can see piled up in the front windows of their homes. I lived in this park for 12 years if you do something wrong and the manager does not like you he will knit pick on everything you do thing you do I had a trailer in my driveway for 3 days he wrote me up there is a guy that has a boat in his driveway for 3 years and he leaves him alone so if you decide to move out here don't do nothing to piss off the manager he knit picks at the people he don't like
