The Quality Homes team was great to work with. We booked them around the new year of 2025 and had the work started around mid-July and completed early Sept. We had primarily our kitchen redone and basement flooring done. Todd and Kate have a great eye for detail and take great pride in their work. All of our questions and concerns were quickly addressed. Would definitely consider them for any future projects and would highly recommend them.
We had a small project, a 10'x10' addition to build unto the back of our house. The workman who came to the house, especially Ian, were so competant at their jobs. They all worked in the very hot weather outside and did a full day's work without complaint. I also appreciated their collaborating with us. We were able to alter elements such as larger overhangs, extra exterior outlets, and re-routing of eavestroughs, as we realized exactly what we wanted. This company had me give them over $5000 as a retainer in the end they couldn’t produce a house when I asked about a refund for the returner which at no time had that there was no refund in the paperwork.
