Crooks. That's who runs and manages this place. After I sold my trailer..I just get a letter from countrysides management claiming I owe them the following months lot rent. They also raised the base lot rent by $70. And said if not paid that it was going to be filed in court. I called them to find out how I was responsible for the lot rent when I no longer lived there and the trailer was in the new owners names. Don't Be Fooled....Owned by Reality Company in Michigan called Lautrec LTD. At best they would be classified as SLUM Lords. Loud Car Stereo Noise and Unattended children running amuck is the NORM here. Management skills and cooperation with Tenants is MARGINAL at best. Management caters to undesirable tenants. Buyer beware... Look elsewhere if you want to live in a normal neighborhood setting.
