They have the best customer service a consumer wants. The very best professional service and support and would highly recommend them to anyone.
Shawn is a genuinely good guy. He was here when he said he would be and had the part we needed on hand to fix our AC. He cleaned the unit and gave me the run down on at home maintenance and when to call them. Made sure the part got covered under warranty so it wasn’t as expensive as we thought it was going to be. Hands down best decision we made as homeowners was getting our furnace and AC through them.
Our A/C stopped working in the heat wave. Tom came and fixed the problem and had us back with air conditioning within 30 minutes.. Great service and Tom was very friendly and a pleasure deal with.. Highly recommend..
