I would rate Quality Home Service a zero if that was an option. Our family rented a property owned by Michael ** through VRBO with this manage company. The day we entered the premises construction began on a dock in the backyard. As the property mgmnt service for this property, Quality Home Service was a terrible vendor to work with. We managed to contact the owner, who told us we were entitled to 100% refund on $1776 yet Quality Home Service only gave us $735 and ran off with the rest of the money. We are very sorry that the guest was disturbed by the construction work, but this was not our responsibility at all.The owner of the house had scheduled the new boat dock for 2 days after the guest's departure. However, the dock builders came during the guests' stay without prior agreement.I informed the owner that he should please instruct the dock builders to stop the work immediately - but the owner did not want that.Instead, he offered the guest a 100% refund of the rental price.I then transferred the part of the rental ... read more
BEWARE: I would rate Quality Home Service a zero if that was an option. Our family rented a property owned by Michael M. R. through VRBO with this manage company. The week before our stay the property was damaged by hurricane Ian. They canceled our stay and would not refund our $3353. I pretty much begged for at least 50% back but the keyboard warrior I was chatting with explained that the property would likely get foreclosed on if they refunded our money.
