Had them come out for an estimate on a leaking roof. Gave me a fair price, which I was considering, and they said they’d give me a call back to arrange a time for the repair should I decide to hire them. They then proceeded to show up, unannounced, climbed onto my roof, and began the repair a few days later. Charged me for the repair, which I paid, and the roof is still leaking. Now they are not picking up their phone when I call. Do not hire.
Used these guys two years ago and had a good experience, so I called them again. They came out, prepared a quote and stated they could complete in two weeks. Followed up a few days before, to confirm, no reply. Called a week later, Owner said we’ll be there Monday. No show, no call to cancel. Called again, said he wasn’t feeling well will call back on Monday. Again, no call, no follow up. Won’t call or refer these guys again! Very unprofessional!
