Have nothing to say but good things about Quality Home HVAC. Alan, Ross & Dom were the installers for my furnace & water heater. They were efficient, easy to work with, polite & cleaned up when they were finished. It was easy to work with the owners, the cost was reasonable & there were several discounts I qualified for. BE WARNED. This company installed an HVAC system for me 6 months ago, which cost over $11k. It is already failing. They sent a tech to fix it the other day -- he claimed to have found & fixed the issue, but lo and behold, the next night, my home's temperature fell to 60 degrees (in the winter time). I have tried for almost 24 hours to get another emergency tech visit scheduled, to no avail. The team at Quality Home HVAC has been our go-to HVAC service company for several years. They're the only company (of many I called) who were willing to work on our residential rooftop unit. Even when it's cold and miserable outside. Their technicians are knowledgeable and professional, and are almost always there on the same day I called. I cannot speak highly enough of this company. For service or replacement, these are the guys to call, especially if you have a rooftop unit like ours that no one else wants to work on.
