Company is the biggest joke I've ever heard. Can't help a family out in these feezing temperatures. The company cant even remember who their customers are and even worse - don't follow through with appointments.
My sister has been trying to get her furnace fixed since November. Damon has given them multiple ideas on what to do to fix it. However, he makes up every excuse to not get it fixed. He will say technicians will be out and they never show. She only ever finds out because she has to call them herself. Called in November to get someone out to fix my furnace. They couldn’t make it the day they said and never bothered to call and tell me. I only knew they weren’t coming because I called them. They ended up coming the next day which was great. However, what they thought was wrong, wasn’t the case. They set up a plan to get the furnace working. Yes...professional Yes...punctual NO-kind and friendly staff Had a “new” furnace and ac installed. When finished...”I” had to research manufacturing company for phone numbers and serial numbers myself to register and do warranty. Upon doing so, I found out the ac unit was indeed a new one, but that the furnace they installed was new...with full warranty. BUT... was 8 years old.
