Yes...professional Yes...punctual NO-kind and friendly staff Had a “new” furnace and ac installed. When finished...”I” had to research manufacturing company for phone numbers and serial numbers myself to register and do warranty. Upon doing so, I found out the ac unit was indeed a new one, but that the furnace they installed was new...with full warranty. BUT... was 8 years old. Called and got a tech out the next day to fix my air conditioner. Great service, reasonable price, would highly recommend.
I have used Quality Home Comfort for my service needs for the last few years. I had to call them for an issue with my furnace and they were here within an hour and a half to address my needs. Linda in the office was very nice and concerned about the issue. Brian was very efficient about addressing the problem. I would highly recommend them for all of your furnace needs!
