Called in November to get someone out to fix my furnace. They couldn’t make it the day they said and never bothered to call and tell me. I only knew they weren’t coming because I called them. They ended up coming the next day which was great. However, what they thought was wrong, wasn’t the case. They set up a plan to get the furnace working. Yes...professional Yes...punctual NO-kind and friendly staff Had a “new” furnace and ac installed. When finished...”I” had to research manufacturing company for phone numbers and serial numbers myself to register and do warranty. Upon doing so, I found out the ac unit was indeed a new one, but that the furnace they installed was new...with full warranty. BUT... was 8 years old. Best follow-up service I've ever encountered Hav used them in the past and last experience was not satisfactory When I complained to the office they returned my payment and apologized
Called and got a tech out the next day to fix my air conditioner. Great service, reasonable price, would highly recommend.
I have used Quality Home Comfort for my service needs for the last few years. I had to call them for an issue with my furnace and they were here within an hour and a half to address my needs. Linda in the office was very nice and concerned about the issue. Brian was very efficient about addressing the problem. I would highly recommend them for all of your furnace needs!
