Just a heads up for anyone looking for individual computer repair. Per discussion I had with their customer service on May 10. They are no longer servicing non-business consumer clients.
They no longer do individual service, unfortunately, just business accounts. Too bad, I really liked these guys.
Jesus did a great job replacing the keyboard on my laptop. The repair was done within a day at a reasonable price.
I visited QHS today to assess the repair possibilities for my Lenovo laptop, or at the very least, to obtain a quote. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by a staff member who promptly examined my laptop and engaged in a discussion with a technician. They efficiently presented me with cost estimates, both with and without warranty coverage, and also suggested the option of purchasing a new model due to the high repair costs.
