Quality arrogance, quality selfishness, quality rudeness, quality ineptitude, quality over-pricing...how's that for quality?
Have bought a few items from there. Product quality is good. But I always get an impression of arrogance or aloofness from the staff. Like they are tolerating customers rather than helping them.
disappointing and unhelpful service
I really appreciated the excellent surroundings at this store. It makes it possible to experience the true quality of the high end products. I also found the staff to be most knowledgeable and friendly.
