I bought a brand-new furnace a year and two months ago. A carrier furnace which was recommended to my wife and I to purchase after speaking to the sales representative. The blower motor failed. I called on Sunday, April 2nd for a heating issue. I was told they charge 250 per hour. I was charged ****** for someone to drive to my house in ********, look at my furnace for an hour, tell me they could not fix it and someone would call me on Monday. No heat. $****** bill--250.00 for the hour in house. ****** plus tax for driving to ******** and back to the techs house. Was called on Monday, April 3rd. I called because our house was cold even though the furnace was running non-stop. The tech came here in less than an hour, and less than an hour later we had heat! I've had nothing but great results dealing with Quality Heating, and it has never cost me an arm and a leg! Very fair pricing and extraordinary service in a timely manner. What more could you ask for?
Contacted Quality Heating in regards to an unusual noise my boiler was making. Original contract was at 8 am issue resolved by noon!Excellent service and professionalism!
I hired Quality heating to repair my heating system in September of 2020, the work that needed to be done was to replace one of my two zone valves. The person who installed the zone valve mounted it backwards. This was discovered in November of 2021 when I had to have my other zone replaced by a different company.
