YOU CAN'T BEAT EXPERIENCE! Early October I had a company out because every couple of weeks my steam furnace would blow the 220 fuse on the electric ignitor box. I wanted it checked and cleaned. The tech came out, pulled and wire wheeled the burners, and suggested I put in a new ignitor . Once again the furnace ran till mid December and again blew the 220 fuse. I called during a heat wave and they came out to fix my ac the very next morning. Honest and professional and will definitely use again.
I have used this company several times over a few years. Mark has serviced my ancient AC units twice along; with my furnace. Had another company come out a couple of summers ago because they were booked solid & was charged 2&1/2 times what Mark charges. This was my first house and didn't know much about this type of stuff. Mark has always taken the time to explain issues & educate me on preventative measures. I finally saved enough to get a new furnace & ac unit installed this year.
