Scott Shafer came out from Quality Heating to perform Preventative Maintenance on fireplaces, furnaces and air conditioning units at our Sunriver homes. He called ahead, arrived on time, was very professional and did a great job for us. He explained everything he did and took care to do a thorough job. He had previously advised us that if we combined PMs on several pieces of equipment, we could get discounts on each one - which we did and are very grateful for that guidance.
