My audiologist Dr.Tripp and Amanda and entire staff are amazing!!!
Staff was pleasant from beginning to end and made you feel comfortable. Doctors, assistants/and or associates were timely, and took time to explain clearly their concerns, instructions etc. to help improve your health/quality of life. Also appreciated the clean and professional atmosphere.
My appointment was with Dr. Badge who was a new doctor to me. She listened carefully to my concerns, answered all of my questions. And made positive recommendations for me going forward. Especially in the areas of repair and or replacement of my hearing aid. Truly a fantastic experience
Each time I need emergency assistance they have come through for me. Always taking care of my issues with a smile and competency. I am lost without my hearing aids and they are always there for me.
I never gave Arthur Rosner, MD, ENT, Southfield permission to give my phone number out to anyone, especially your hearing aid business. This is why you never leave personal information on a medical form that may be abused, sold, passed on quid pro quo, etc. I want to him for a vertigo problems which point to possibly An inner ear problem, Hydrocephalus or Cancer. I did NOT GO TO HIM FOR HEARING AIDS. Now I have to find a new ENT doctor.
