We have been taken care by Dr Kin lam and Dr Man Wai Wong . They are really kind, professional and explain things really clearly . Overall our experience here has been really great.
The reception service is terrible. I called to ask if the pathology lab was still open and was left on hold for 40 minutes. While still on hold, I ended up just going straight to the medical centre. When I arrived, the phone wasn't even ringing, and the receptionist was just checking her phone. It was incredibly poor service. While the doctors here are excellent, the receptionists completely ruin the experience.

Been coming here for physio and Kate Kim has been amazing throughout my recovery. She’s been very attentive, informative, and supportive while helping me recover from my ATFL tear. Really appreciate how thorough she is and how clearly she explains everything. Highly recommend!
