This Guy in 10 min show up in the middle of the night have hole in my air tank and unit won’t start he fix hole added air to truck got unit back in neutral and unit started up
I called a road service on Friday night and Adam showed up in 15 minutes to diagnose the problem and get my truck back running in less than 1 hour. Very knowledgeable and fair pricing . Let me just say this place is amazing. I got Adam on the phone. I was having a problem with marker lights on the side of the trailer. The running lights weren't working. The running lights weren't working on the packeted tractor and the running lakes weren't working on the back of the trailer. I talked to Adam over the phone, he was able to walk me through the problems I had. It was issues with the fuses being in the wrong places, and yes. Our RV would idle but had no acceleration. We had just started our camping vacation. I called many places to get a mobile tech to it. Every place we called either didn’t work on rvs or didn’t have a mobile tech. Quality HD was the only one that would even look at it. They came out within an hour. Got straight to troubleshooting the issue, found a chewed through wire hidden behind the dash in 15 minutes. Repaired the wire and got us back on the road quickly. They don’t normally work on RVs but they were up for any challenge.
5 star service. Our RV is a Ford E450 and they were able to come to our house and diagnose the problem within a few hours of calling them. Many places either didn’t have a mobile service or wouldn’t touch it because it was too big. We were able to still make it to our campsite this week and enjoy family time. If you have Rv problems I highly recommend Quality HD Diesel to help and repair
