I had solar tubes installed in our kitchen 4 years ago to allow natural light in . This past week we experienced heavy hail. The very next day a rep from the Guild Collective contacted me to schedule a free inspection of the roof area and solar tube domes they had installed. The service tech arrived today and fully inspected the area plus pulled down the lens for cleaning. He also will provide me with a detailed report of the inspection. This was all done at no charge.
