Love these guys. Only other options were Ace of Carts who suck. Everyone knows this, or Matt’s who couldn’t fit me in. My neighbor turned me onto Quality and man, what a change from typical SOFLO bullshit. They picked my cart up and had it back same day, then I get a call the next day, they are at my house and said we need your cart back we forgot something. Opened the garage, they took it and had it home before I got home from work. Highly highly recommend. Rocky Point people this is who you take your cart to.
My cart is not a true golf cart. We purchased it to drive around our community and go to the dog park. We're summer members at our club, needed something to hold our golf clubs besides bungee cords. My icon cart has arm rests so the regular club holders dont work. Brett is a magician!!!!
Brett, Eric, and Bobby have knocked themselves out to resolve the electrical/batteries problems with my cart. Above and beyond customer service. They treated my cart problem like it was their own. Wouldn't think of working with anyone else on a golf cart problem.
Eric and his team have top notch customer service and stand behind their work. They are my go to for golf cart service. I developed a premature tire wear issue 1 month after they were installed. They replaced the tires no questions asked.
The entire staff were awesome, but particularly their master technician Bob. I brought in a headache of a golf cart, that I purchased from another out-of-state dealer and they did everything they could to fix it. I couldn’t be more pleased with their efforts.
