I purchased a 2020 Bintelli Beyond from Bruce at Quality Golf Cars. During the sale we discussed that I would need a VIN number in order to register the cart as a LSV. Bruce assured me this would be no problem and they would send me a VIN for the cart. I have now learned this is not possible and in fact is against government rules. There are also electrical issues with the cart, the speed cluster has failed, the radio cuts on and off, and something is wrong with the battery charging system. As we disscussed You did purchase a golf car and not an LSV and made no promise to have the golf car turned into an LSV. - As this is out of our control, this will need to be addressed with BENTILLI and or SCDMV. As far as the golf car not perfoming well , we will address all the issues under the factory warranty or you can have a local BENTILLI dealer address as well. Bruce, Owner
