I wanted to say thank you to Kevin and Levi for being extremely helpful on our visit to their store. They were super helpful and prices were super great. I recommend them this store. Thank you guys for quality service and fish.

great fish, great service, great people. So glad I can pick my own fish instead of ordering across the country. Best decision I made years ago.

This is the worst customer service ever. Kevin doesn't communicate and doesn't honor his own policy. I lost close to $100 over a short period of time. He doesn't credit but instead will scam you and make things very difficult. I own a pet store and he USED to stock my store until I lost over $65.00 in fish the last order. His response was that I needed to make the drive to him to pick up (over a 2 hour drive, see how he works when he doesn't honor is his very own policies?). This man has hurt my business.
