we had this company replace our shower doors. For $1200 we got doors that rattle and float. Not what we wanted or expected for the money. A door guide keeps falling off, that is the only thing they will fix. After I called original time to have someone look at the problem, I was told that the next time they are in the area he will stop. Well, what if we weren't home? I am shocked at how rudely I was treated by this company. After having a shower door installed, the door began falling off it’s rollers. The installer refused to re-inspect the job or even find out what the problem was. I am having to find another company to re-do the shoddy job of this unprofessional operation. STAY AWAY UPDATE: Found out the reason for the problem is that without asking or informing me, this company installed my new door with a completely different kind of upper bracket and they excluded a lower guide.
