This is a tough one because they used to be a good honest company. 3 garage doors were ordered with and expected delivery date of 3weeks. This time passed and I had to call them and ask where they were. I was told they were in production. A few weeks more passed and I once again had to call. I was told they were on the dock waiting for a shipper. Another week passed and I had to call again. I was actually referred to E&E by Overhead Door Co., so shout out to them. Overhead referred me because, they did not carry the part I needed for my garaged door and E&E does. E&E came out same day that I called, I got great service, they repaired my door beautifully and at a great price too... I give this company 5 stars and a big thank you!
They were very professional and very prompt when they showed up and did the job very good
