They sent someone to my house within 15 minutes to repair a stuck, crooked garage door. He not only replaced the cables and tightened the springs, but also greased the hinges for us and was done super fast - probably in 30 minutes. I will absolutely be calling them again!

Bad customer service! They came out, looked & measured. I took a couple of weeks to decide which doors I wanted & notified them and they said they'd order them. That was in April & I haven't heard from him since. They won't return my calls. So I've contacted another garage door company. Would not recommend to anyone for new doors.

Waited ten day for estimate then the man was very rude..told me to have my husband do the job..
