Went to Quility Flooring 3 months ago picked my carpet out set up an appointment several weeks out. He does show up and measure. Two weeks call to request my quote told her husband would contact me. Never heard so called a week later told the same thing. NEVER heard back. I only had a bedroom and balcony area to carpet. Now they lost the 3 other bedrooms! I really wanted to support the small local family owned company.
Hours said open but they were closed when we got there. They just lost a 3000sq ft. full of flooring.
