From the moment I interviewed him over the phone I had an immediate trustworthy and professional connection. Josh came and did my carpets, couch, and rugs! He did a great job. I even somehow managed to spill an entire cup of chamomile tea that had been steeping overnight while he was there and he cleaned it up like nothing ever happened!! He was very nice, fast, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, professional, and precise. Josh was super professional, friendly and comfortable to have in my home. We have white carpet in half of our house (not our choice with dogs and kiddos) but somehow he was able to take the evidence of said dogs/kiddos out of the carpet He also did not try to up-sell and helped us choose the right treatment for our spot issues.
