Carlos, was very polite and took great care of the car that i was transporting. Carlos is a very responsible worker, and takes pride in his work.
The Owner Fernando was extremely helpful, they were great at communicating with me and accommodating my needs. They were willing to drive 1.5hrs to get me broken down on the side of the road to tow me home only 5 miles away. Unexpectedly Road Ranger showed up and was able to help me before the tow arrived, unfortunately I had to cancel the tow since I was helped already but the owner was so understanding and still so kind. I met one of the most helpful and genuine humans when I needed a tow. Ray Torres was my driver and is in the customer service “Hall of Fame” as far as I am concerned. Truly a legend. Had a tough time believing there are still good people out there and Ray gave me a shining example of what it is to be professional, courteous, polite, and efficient.
