Horrible customer service. Extremely vague pricing even when asked multiple times what to expect. Was told $180 trip charge--makes sense, $185 per hour minimum 2 hour charge. Was also told if they couldn't get us back on the road that night the 2 hour labor would be waived until the following day when parts might be available. The mechanic spent 1 hour with my help removing the broken leaf spring--he used my batteries and hammer because his weren't charged and didn't have gas for cutting torch. This company is such a fucking joke he’s holding my check because his service truck broke down so I got my tools out of there and got his scanner so nobody will steal it he try to make it like I was tryna steal from him and tryna blow his truck up which he knew the truck was fucked up when he gave it to me he puts a 40%- 50% up charge on customer for parts and also charges a 45 dollar credit he steals people tools and money and don’t like to pay once you quit this business needs to be shut the fuck down he put me a year 2000... read more
