Had 8 windows installed in Oct 2024. People measured 3x and still the guys that came to install had to make “major adjustments to make them fit right.” One window has 4” of vinyl trim making it impossible to be able to open from that side and it is one of my mainly used windows. 1). 2 guys came (one was borrowed from another company and then another came to make the job faster. 2). Last May I had a new roof put up and it looked great. Come the winter and I notice that water is leaking into my garage. Then water spots showed up throughout various places in my home. I talked to Steve Rowe and he told me “it’s not like we just had a weather storm” and something along the lines of “new roofs do that”. I’ve had someone come out and try to fix it but he said that my roof didn’t look new at all and it needed to be completely redone.
