Patrick came to our home and measured, checked, and then educated me on window replacement. He is a vet so we immediately connected Then he quoted our 14 window replacement and it was very competitive! One of our requests was to replace two picture windows with ones that opened. I had a consultation about a year ago because I was interested in new windows and HVAC. I did not move forward because it is currently out of my price range. I informed them that I will reach out when I'm ready. Since then, I have been called repeatedly with sales calls and every time ask them nicely to please remove me from their list and I will reach out to them when I'm ready. Trevor Tobie,when he showed up ,I was looking for windows, couldn't do another winter with my old windows, they've showed there wear. Seven windows later and great installation work my a/c works better this summer, haven't felt the breeze sitting by my couch.Thanks to Trevor, and his installation team.
