Worst place in Houston
Deceptive opening hours listed on front door of clinic, deliberately misleading. Stating Mon-Friday they’re open from 7am-5pm (when the clinic does not open until 8:30am Mon-Friday)
Would not recommend this clinic to anyone. The medical assistant’s at this location are very knowledgeable and professional. However, Dr. Ebony Washington (NP) shows a lack of patient assessment, compassion, and treatment.
I’ve continued coming to this office strictly because it’s convenient, despite consistently dealing with unprofessional attitudes from both the front desk and the doctor. Unfortunately, today was the final straw. I arrived as a walk-in (which is allowed before 3:30). The receptionist asked for the reason for my visit in the lobby, and when I kept it basic for privacy, she became visibly irritated and dismissive, once she directed me to a room I began to tell her with more detail to my visit she proceeded telling me to “just ... read more
