My friend recommended this place and how wonderful it was so I thought I would give it a try. First appointment went well. The NP wanted to see me in 10 to 14 days. I was scheduled for a Sat. I received confirmation but on my reminder card it had a different time so I called on Friday. When I called the receptionist said she was glad I called because the appointment needed to be canceled and the receptionist scheduled me for Monday at 10:30. Staff was unresponsive for over a month. The concern I had is still unresolved . Wouldn’t recommend.
She is very Caring and thorough and always available!! The staff is wonderful as well.
They gave bad service.
Ebony Washington is hands down the best Nurse Practitioner that I know. She has been so attentive to my husband and I. She takes the time to understand what you’re dealing with and helps to come up with a solution by all means. WE NEED MORE HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS LIKE EBONY!!! Ebony you’re the G.O.A.T
