I highly recommend Quality First. Not only were they responsive and accommodating to our schedule but Andrew, the tech was wonderful. Very polite and thorough. He even took the time to clean under and behind the washer and dryer and in the dryer but explained to me ways to keep the dryer working well long term. They also do appliance repair although we used them for dryer vent cleaning. Will definitely use again. We got put on a schedule so they will call and remind us when we are due. Thank you again!
