Andy cleaned our Dryer Vents today and he did an amazing job at a reasonable price. I highly recommend him.
I wish I could rate my experience with Bryan and his business 10 stars. What I thought would be an expensive and time consuming repair, to the point of considering buying a new washer, Bryan diagnosed and helped me walk through the fix on the phone, for FREE. He spent 15 minutes on the phone walking me through the diag and the fix with the patience of someone who clearly enjoys what they do and clearly enjoys sharing knowledge. Quality First Appliance Service has been my go to company for many years. They are honest and the service is reasonable priced. The importance of having the dryer vent cleaned is critical and they are the company a home owner should consider. Highly recommended.
I highly recommend Quality First. Not only were they responsive and accommodating to our schedule but Andrew, the tech was wonderful. Very polite and thorough. He even took the time to clean under and behind the washer and dryer and in the dryer but explained to me ways to keep the dryer working well long term. They also do appliance repair although we used them for dryer vent cleaning. Will definitely use again. We got put on a schedule so they will call and remind us when we are due. Thank you again!
