Herman and his nephew Javier from Quality Fireplace are professional, courteous and reliable. I called them for an annual fireplace cleaning. When they were here for that service call, they checked the chimney chase cover on our roof and saw that it was rotted. Instead of replacing it with the same cheap aluminum cover the original builder used, they replaced it with a custom fitted stainless steel cover. The pricing was very fair. After sweeping and vacuuming the chimney, the mechanic never pull out the stove from the elbow/wall, so all the chimney’s debris are left in the elbow which it is a fire hazard. His report is extremely damaging. We are going to investigate his findings. We feel scare tactics are used for monetary reasons.
Hermin and his nephew, Javy, were professional, respectful , punctual and clean . They handled a messy job at my home over a number of days. I would recommend these men and this company without hesitation. They are good family oriented folks .
