Rob and his team exceeded expectations. I inquired for services via his website and Rob was quick to respond. They installed chimney pipe for a wood burning stove and Rob made a great suggestion to exchange a chimney cap I had bought. Will definitely use Quality in the future for any needs!

Had service done on gas fireplace month or so ago. Unfortunately they couldn’t get it to light and after trying different parts they concluded it needed a part they didn’t have on truck. Paid the service and was told would get a call back from the office with price and follow up but never received one.
