Out of everyone I contacted, spoke with, sent pics of danger to, and made an appointment for them to show up, Jamie was the only on that actually showed up. He offered us Tons of advice and gave us a very fair estimate.

Quality Fire & Water Damage Restoration was recommended by a friend who is a real estate broker and has lots of experience with water mitigation companies. They were super quick getting a crew out to help with our problems, very professional and great about protecting our home while doing their work. I'd recommend them.

My basement would get backed up from time to time. This last time we got 18 inches of sewer water. This is very common in our area, looked around for companies that could do the job at a reasonable price so decided to quote many around. My buddy recommended this company since he had worked with them in the past. I gave them a call and my experience with them was nothing short of awesome! We had water leak damage from a pipe under our sink which was hidden until hardwoods started warping. The mitigation team did an excellent job from scheduling, to inspection and clean up, and working with the insurance seamlessly. Good communication and they protected the house and where they had to work and walk.
