If I could give them less than 1 ⭐️ I would. Cesar Flores is NOT honest or professional. He painted more than half of our condo the wrong color and has refused to make it right. I told him our color and brand at least 3 times by phone. He insists I instructed him to go in the utility room and pick a can and paint it.
