My experience with Burke Steel in Janesville was very disappointing. I left the transaction feeling misled and dissatisfied with how things were handled. What frustrated me most was the lack of accountability afterward when I tried to address the issue and find a resolution. I value honesty and customer service, and unfortunately I didn’t feel I got either here. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business with them.
Sells nasty totes on Facebook and calls them food grade. Then he takes the worst of them and loads them on my straight truck knowing that the buyer trusts him. How do I know? Because I was the driver who picked them up.
Great work. Hard to find a good fab. Shop these days so Burke is my go to.
Had some custom steel railings and other steel fabrication work done. They made sure to get them to look like i wanted. Good communication throughout
